My thoughts as I set the dinner table this evening - table for 2

Before Christmas - table for 2 - anticipation
Christmas Eve - table for 5 - enjoyment
Christmas Day - table for 8 - bliss, family together, missing one
Today, two days after Christmas - table for 2 - separation, sadness, quiet
